1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk9993 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the bk9993 website, mobile web application, and associated services. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through bk9993, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with bk9993's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bk9993. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence only in respect of that promotion.

bk9993 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of bk9993 services following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon by the parties in writing. bk9993 does not accept liability for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures of third-party payment processors, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of bk9993 is strictly limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing bk9993 voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using only funds that belong to you and that were obtained through lawful means.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of bk9993 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You do not have an existing bk9993 account that has been closed, suspended, or subject to a self-exclusion order.

bk9993 applies strict age verification procedures. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents at any point — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. During any pending age verification review, bk9993 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to games. If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed and any net winnings forfeited. Deposited funds that cannot be traced to bonus activity may be returned to the original payment source at bk9993's discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access bk9993's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk9993 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bk9993 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials. 3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active registered account on bk9993. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or same household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, bk9993 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or game outcomes generated from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds or promotional credits associated with them. The primary account may also be subject to permanent suspension at bk9993's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bk9993 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet linked to your account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bk9993 may result in a temporary freeze on withdrawals until verification is completed. bk9993 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not satisfied applicable verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bk9993 supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment methods must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a person other than the account holder — are not accepted and will trigger a security review.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka).
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bk9993 account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• bk9993 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply transaction charges independently. bk9993 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.
• bk9993 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention measures.
• Deposits made with the intention of exploiting a payment processing error or system vulnerability will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka).
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, and major sporting events.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. If you choose to withdraw while a bonus is still active, bk9993 reserves the right to remove the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to that bonus before processing the withdrawal.
• bk9993 reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Players will be notified if such checks are required and given a clear timeline for resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk9993 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. 18+
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — become eligible for withdrawal.
• bk9993 reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to the wagering requirement of a given bonus. Live sports betting, specific live casino tables, and certain high-RTP games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• The maximum bet permitted when playing with an active bonus is ৳500 per bet or spin, unless otherwise stated. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have a validity period after which they expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bk9993 actively monitors player accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically exploitative bets to clear wagering requirements, coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, using automated software or bots, and systematic exploitation of promotional conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, bk9993 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on bk9993 is subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as the specific game and market rules published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall take precedence for that game or market.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. bk9993 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any given time.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and real-time odds. bk9993 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during natural breaks in play, wickets, timeouts, or in the event of a technical issue.
• Bets placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, or the International Cricket Council). Settlement may be delayed in the event of a result dispute or official review.
• In the event that a match is abandoned, cancelled, or reduced in overs due to weather, crowd disturbance, or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event, which are published on the bk9993 platform. Void bets will have stakes returned.
• bk9993 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed or accepted in error, including in circumstances where an incorrect price was displayed due to a technical fault or data feed error. Players will be notified of any void settlement and stakes returned promptly.

6.2 Casino Games

Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, uses physical dealing equipment in controlled studio environments.

Any winnings that exceed a stated maximum payout limit will be reduced to that limit, with the excess amount voided. This policy applies to both sports betting and casino game winnings.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bk9993, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable law and these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk9993 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with bk9993.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any other activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with bk9993's games, sportsbook, or payment systems in a manner not sanctioned by bk9993.
• Exploiting any software error, technical vulnerability, pricing error, or system glitch on the bk9993 platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus conditions.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with bk9993 staff or in any public-facing feature of the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent bk9993's responsible gaming controls, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions.
• Reselling, licensing, or transferring your bk9993 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.

bk9993 reserves the right to investigate any account that is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be restricted. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, bk9993 will take appropriate action, which may include permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bk9993 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bk9993

bk9993 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bk9993 will endeavour to resolve the matter and communicate an outcome to the player within thirty (30) calendar days. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, bk9993 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion from bk9993. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of six (6) months.
